It wasn’t until I joined a Health and Fitness community that my perspective on fitness changed and I began a SCIENTIFIC EVIDENCE-BASED approach. The beauty of this lifestyle is learning sustainable ways to lose fat, gain muscle mass, and strength, and now I am living my dream of wearing sleeveless and crop tops and being called an inspiration by those around me. From feeling like a “fat lazy greedy buffalo” to a certified Fitness and Nutrition consultant, I’ve come a long way!
